The use of modern building materials and design features placed next to the older buildings in the historic downtown area gives this building a special charm and value. The panoramic elevator at the corner, smoothly built into the structure, adds energy and extra attractiveness. With two basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine, and three more stories, the building operates as a departmental store

Scope of work: Architectural and interior design and consulting in addition to fully coordinated construction and MEP studies.

Jdaydeh, SYR.

This project is a transformation project that converted the existing building and villa into hotel apartments, a coffee shop, and a furniture showroom. The facade was redesigned attractively, adding value to the structure and piquing guests' interest. Additionally, the layouts were designed to maximize space usability and efficiency in addition to providing a wider reach to the catchy view of river canyon.

Scope of work: Architectural conceptual design and feasability study.

Dam. SYR

The commercial and office building features two facades oriented with a 60-degree angle toward the highway, showcasing graded shapes and surfaces that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the structure but also contributes to attracting attention to the commercial tower. Additionally, the incorporation of a panoramic elevator on the main facade introduces a dynamic element, infusing vitality into the overall architectural composition. The building, comprising two basements, a four-story furniture mall, and a seven-story office building, boasts a total built-up area of 27,000 square meters.

Scope of work: Architectural design with full construction and MEP coordinated studies in addition to supervision and project management.
